Bombing terror attacks occurred at several places such as railway stations and railway carriages in Osaka prefecture, causing many casualties. Subsequently, a claim of responsibility that also suggests another bombing terror attack has been posted on the Internet.

4. Major exercises

(1) Exercises for the initial response of Osaka prefecture upon occurrence of emergency response situations (information gathering, reporting, and cooperation among related organizations)
(2) Exercises to establish and operate the Osaka Prefectural Emergency Response Situations Task Force
